Life and Music

Without music, life would be a mistake. -Friedrich Nietzsche

This quote speaks to me. Everyone enjoys music, and music has been around and a part of human culture and life since before written history. Music is one constant in our lives, it can make us show emotions just from listening.

Of all musicians this quote could describe, it would be none better than to associate it with Marshall Mathers (Eminem). His life has been a constant up and down ride for him, and listening and creating music has been his life for a long time. Marshall has hidden nothing in his music, from drug use to rehab, to his young life to his adulthood. Marshall is only one example of many people whos lives are touched by music positively.

Introduction

Welcome to my blog. I am Ian Clarke, and this blog is about music. I work in the Veterinary Assisting lab, and I come from North College Hill.
My interests range from video games and movies to paintball and swimming.

What annoys me, is when back in lab, is how some of the students still haven't learned how to do even simple things, such as cleaning or moving animals. They do the most ridiculous stuff, or need someone to tell them what to do repeatedly for every little thing. Another thing that annoys me back in lab is when a bunch of people are standing around doing nothing, or texting (which we aren't suppose to even have phones back in lab) and someone else is doing a lot of work, sweating and breaking their backs doing all the work.

Back on the topic of the blog, I like a large selection of music, but don't listen to a lot of country, rap, or hip-hop. I prefer rock and electronic. In this blog I will be discussing new albums coming out, events in the musical community, and other bits of information regarding music or the artist.
